How to create a job posting in PoachMe?
Register yourself along with your company details and a dashboard with job posting section will be enabled for you immediately. You will be asked to use only your corporate email IDs to register; generic IDs will not be allowed to use Employer section of PoachMe.
How long will a job posting be active?
Each job posting will be active till you decide to make it inactive. Recruiters can close the posting at anytime if the position is filled. If the same position is open after a period of time you need not create a new job posting, instead you can edit/modify the old posting of the same job position and make it active.
How many job postings are allowed?
UNLIMITED, we’re generous, aren't we? When all job boards and social media charge you exorbitant for job postings, we are absolutely free and unlimited, just for you!
How will I get an alert if the jobseeker is interested to apply for the job posting?
Once your job is posted, our confidential job matching algorithm searches for matching jobseeker profiles and sends a matching alert to you and jobseeker's PoachMe web/Mobile App's inbox, You can review the snapshot of the matching profiles, Initiate the Handshake if the profile is promising. Similarly candidate can also review the matching job posting and initiate the Handshake. This is sent as an alert to your PoachMe Web/Mobile App’s inbox, you can review and Accept/Deny the Handshake request.
The same holds good if the jobseeker does a job search and initiates the Handshake request directly from the job posting.
Can we do a candidate search as well, to reach potential jobseekers?

What is called a "Successful Handshake" ?
When the Handshake is initiated and accepted by both the jobseeker and the recruiter against a job opening, we create a communication channel by sharing the hidden contact details with each other for further interview process. This is termed one Successful Handshake.
The following scenarios constitutes a Successful Handshake
1. Handshake request Initiated by Employer and Handshake request Accepted by the Jobseeker.
2. Handshake Request Initiated By Jobseeker and Handshake request Accepted by the Employer.
How is "Handshakes Used" calculated ?
The following scenarios constitutes one Handshakes Used
1. Handshake request Initiated by Employer
- Handshake request Accepted by the Jobseeker.
- Handshake request Declined by the Jobseeker.
2. Handshake Request Initiated By Jobseeker
- Handshake request Accepted by the Employer
On any of the above scenarios one Handshake will be termed as Used and debited from your available Balance Handshakes.
What will be the validity of the handshake credits?
Handshakes purchased are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase and the unused Handshakes within this one year period will not be carried forwarded to next year at the time of renewal.
Does PoachMe charge you on successful closure of the job opening?
No, we do not charge you on successful closure of your job opening. Post the free trial offer, we charge for Handshakes Used, which is a fraction of what you are currently spending on job boards and social media job postings.
How many user logins can be created for an employer?
We provide 3 logins per employer under Handshake package and 5 Logins per employer under Handshake+ package, additional logins can be purchased by subscribing multiple packages.
