Position: Business Development Executive / Manager

Job Location: Coimbatore

Responsibilities

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Good interpersonal/communication skills 
• Experienced and confident in writing propositions/bids, creating presentations and writing external reports 

Requirement

• A degree in a business related course like Business Administration and Business Management
• Working experience in administrative positions like sales, marketing etc., will be an added advantage
• Marketing skills: ability to pitch your company and its products to clients is important for this role
• Good knowledge of the IT services
• Should possess good inter personal and analytical skills.
• Proactive approach is MUST.
• Easy Learner and Learning Attitude is MUST
• Possession of critical thinking skills
