1. Responsible for Recruitment and Selection Process.
2. Responsible for Joining and Exit Formalities.
3. Preparation of Database.
4. Responsible for Induction and Training.
5. Involved in Account Opening process of the employees.
6. Maintenance of Attendance Record leaves.
7. Provide support in Performance Management System.
8. Organizing Events for Employee Engagement.
9. Other Admin related activities.
