Looking for a job while you already have one can be stressful, especially in the age of social media when privacy is scarce. You don't want to rock the boat at your current company but at the same time you want to find the next great job opportunity.
So how can you keep your job search off your manager’s radar?
PoachMe keeps your job search private and confidential. No more fear of pesky bosses and colleagues taking a sneak peek into your online presence for job search.
We respect your privacy, and so we will inbox you (PoachMe Web/Mobile App inbox) as and when we have matching job roles for you. You can expect to see the company’s name along with the skills, experience, salary offered and job location details except recruiter’s name and contact details. You can review the matching job alerts in your Web/Mobile App’s inbox and you can either shortlist and Initiate Handshake or pass the job opening. Vice versa if an employer has Initiated Handshake request after reviewing your profile you have an option to either "Accept" or "Deny" the Handshake request.
On successful Handshake, your contact details are shared as private alerts with the prospective employer and the employer's contact details are shared with you. You can then communicate with each other over an email, message or a call to set up an interview.
